RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Escape Sports products are made for living life; the every day. We will work hard to repair, replace, or refund any purchase that isn't exactly what you wanted or has a factory defect. Returns or exchanges can be made within the first 30 days of your purchase, in new condition with original packaging
Online Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are eligible on any online purchase made from Escape Sports within the first 45 days of your purchase. All new items will be shipped back to Escape Sports at the customer's expense, in original packaging, in new condition and with the original receipt/invoice. Items being shipped back can be sent using a carrier of your choice, but we require a tracking number ahead of delivery.
Defective items may be returned or exchanged within the first 45 days of your purchase from Escape Sports. All defective items will require images of the defects and a reason for return before shipping back, whereas subsequently we will determine the best course of action with the defective products. Defective items being shipped back will have the shipping covered by Escape Sports and we will provide a prepaid shipping label upon return approval.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email that your refund has been issued. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
